STEP ONE: Understanding Course Placement
We want you to start your first semester at UConn with a selection of courses that are an appropriate match for your current academic skills. You should have an idea about the best English and math courses to take before you speak with an advisor.
Please consider your courses for English and math very carefully. Make notes as you work through this placement information because you will be asked to make a preliminary choice of courses when you sign up for advising in Step Three.
